Stephan Welz & Co. Membership Program – Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern participation in the Stephan Welz & Co. Paid Membership Program ("the Membership"). By enrolling, you agree to abide by all terms, conditions, and policies outlined below.

2. Eligibility and Registration

The Membership is available to individuals who complete the registration process and pay the required membership fee of R1500. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

3. Membership Validity & Use

  • Membership is valid solely for the registered individual who has paid for the program.

  • Membership benefits, credits, and privileges may only be used by the registered member and may not be shared, loaned, or otherwise provided to another person.

  • The Membership is non-transferable under any circumstances.

4. Membership Fee & Refund Policy

  • The Membership fee is R1500.

  • The R1500 Membership fee is fully refundable within 3 months from the date of purchase in the event the purchaser changes his/her mind

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Stephan Welz & Co. client service team.

5. Membership Credits

  • Upon joining, the member will be granted a credit of R1500 to be used toward the next purchase in the calendar year ending 31 December 2026.

  • In the event your next purchase is less than R1500 the difference between the invoice amount amount and R1500 will be available in your credited account towards your next purchase ending 31 December 2026

  • If you purchase Membership as a gift for another individual:

    • The R1500 credit will still be deducted from your account, not the gift recipient’s.

    • The recipient will receive the Membership benefits, but no duplicate credit will be issued.

6. Non-Transferability of Membership Credits

All Membership credits are assigned to the account of the paying member and cannot be transferred, reassigned, or exchanged for cash.

 

7. Changes to Terms

Stephan Welz & Co. reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

8. Termination of Membership

Stephan Welz & Co. may suspend or terminate Membership privileges if the member is found to be in violation of these Terms of Use.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • If a member is not satisfied with the benefits received from the Membership Program, they may request a full refund of the R1500 fee within 3 months of the purchase date.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@swelco.co.za.

  • The Membership cannot be exchanged for any cash incentives.

  • No commissions will be refunded under any circumstances.

  • All standard auction purchase terms and conditions remain fully applicable to paid members.

 

10. Membership Benefits

Members of the Stephan Welz & Co. Paid Membership Program will enjoy the following benefits:

  1. Year one: 2.5% off your buyer’s commission, spend R1 million or more over the first 12 months to qualify for a credit of R25 000 on your account for the following year..

  2. Exclusive Invitations – Gain priority access to all live events, catalogues, previews, and special member-only experiences.

  3. R1500 Account Credit – Receive R1500 in credit added to your account immediately upon joining the Membership Program.

  4. Discount on buyer’s premium is valid for 12 months.
